This residential structure features a contemporary interpretation with clean lines and a compact massing. The two-story design incorporates strategically placed openings to maximize natural light. The inner courtyard and terrace provide a semi-private outdoor space, while the minimalist material palette reflects a modern and context-sensitive architectural approach.
Body Key Gym
This gym interior is designed with a focus on functionality and a modern industrial aesthetic. The dark ceiling with recessed lighting creates a dynamic and focused workout atmosphere, while the black equipment and flooring provide visual coherence and durability. The mirrored wall expands the spatial perception and enhances light reflection, contributing to the openness of the space. The spiral staircase introduces a vertical architectural element, indicating a multi-level usage, while the “BODY KEY” illuminated signage adds branding emphasis and visual interest.
