Villa Kent Premium Konutları

This project consists of two detached residential units designed with inspiration from Mediterranean architecture and clad in natural stone. Each villa features a two-story layout that provides a functional living scheme. Local materials and natural textures are emphasized, with stone facades balanced by modern architectural lines.

Each villa is defined by its own private swimming pool and garden terrace, with continuity between indoor and outdoor spaces achieved through large openings. Upper floor balconies not only add articulation to the façade but also strengthen the visual connection with the surrounding landscape. Terraced stone walls, designed in harmony with the site's slope, offer both privacy and an architectural solution integrated with the terrain. Overall, the project adopts a sustainable and context-sensitive design approach that respects local architectural character while delivering aesthetic and structural coherence.
